Youth Ignite Movement
in partnership with GNCF Ministry
The Youth Ignite Movement, launched on September 5, 2023, is a leadership program under Sprint Business Solutions in partnership with Good News Christian Ministry that equips young individuals through mentorship, training, and discipleship. With a clear vision anchored in Ephesians 2:10, the program helps the youth discover and pursue their God-given destiny.
Through its FREE 15-week mentorship program, participants engage in hybrid sessions, both online and face-to-face which focus on leadership, academics, and work-related skills. Rooted in biblical principles of Leadership, Equipping, Advancement, and Deployment, the Youth Ignite Movement empowers the next generation to grow holistically and serve with a purpose.
Batch 1
The Youth Ignite Movement began with a simple step of faith—campaigns in schools, the giving of flyers, and over a hundred students registering. Yet from that large number, God handpicked a committed few to walk through a 15-week journey of growth and transformation.
From the orientation to the culminating activity, each week became a testimony of His faithfulness. Lessons on focus, purpose, mentorship, identity in Christ, and daily devotion were carefully woven together with practical skills in administration, design, social media, lead generation, bookkeeping, and video editing.
Along the way, moments of fellowship deepened the bonds among the participants as brothers and sisters in Christ. These times of connection reminded them that true leadership is rooted in service and mission.
The journey eventually culminated in the graduation of five students. This powerful milestone stands as a reminder that what God begins, He also brings to completion. For His glory, and for the many lives yet to be touched, the movement remains a witness to the beauty of finishing what has been started.

Yet, God never said to close this movement. Instead, it blossomed into a second wave—a new 15-week mentorship shaped by faith, vision, and transformation. What began with shared orientations soon unfolded into powerful sessions where participants discovered their God-given destiny. The faces, the stories, and the transformations of the first batch spoke volumes about the power of youth united for a cause.
Each week was marked not only by meaningful teachings but also by divine encounters that shaped both the spiritual walk and leadership journey of the participants. They were first grounded in the truth of salvation, the assurance of God’s love, and the beauty of discovering their identity in Christ. These foundational lessons opened their hearts to pursue intimacy with their Savior and to understand the greater purpose God had designed for their lives.
Through powerful sessions on salvation, identity in Christ, intimacy with the Savior, and living out God’s purpose, participants were rooted in truth while also being equipped with practical skills. These skills included remote professionalism, effective communication, bookkeeping, branding, social media strategies, and video editing—tools that prepared them to lead with excellence in both ministry and life.
Beyond the lessons, the mentorship nurtured fellowship, discipleship, and servant leadership, creating a community that encouraged, uplifted, and strengthened one another. Testimonies became living proof of God’s faithfulness, crowned by the joyful fruit of seven graduates. These graduates were later onboarded into Sprint Business Solutions to apply what they had learned, and they stepped up to serve in Good News Christian Ministry as leaders of hope and obedience.
More than just a program, the Youth Ignite Movement stood as a living testimony of God’s grace. It showed that when young lives are fully surrendered to Him, they can rise with purpose, walk in destiny, and impact the world for God’s glory.

CAB'S Feeding Program
In partnership with Sprint Bookkeeping Solutions and Youth Ignite Movement, the Cebu Association of Biology Students, Inc. successfully launched Bite of Hope: A Meal, A Moment, A Mission on June 20, 2025, at Apas Camp – Lapu-Lapu Elementary School. The initiative served 250 children, spreading kindness, joy, and hope through one simple act of love.
CAB'S BioSummit
Through its involvement in platforms like the Youth Ignite Movement and internship programs, Sprint Business Solutions continues to invest in the next generation of leaders. As guest speaker at Biosummit 2025, Melvz Ayacaide shared insights on leadership and purpose-driven growth, inspiring the student leaders of the Cebu Association of Biology Students Inc. to embrace teamwork, unity, and vision through leadership enhancement and a commitment to becoming faithful, obedient, and value-driven leaders.
